Auto IT: with System Center Orchestrator–IP

System Center Orchestrator have some configuration node OOB. But you can also extend the configuration node by import IP, Integration Pack.

When you finish the installation of SCO, you can open 2 MMC. One is the ‘System Center Orchestrator Runbook Designer’, the other is the ‘System Center Orchestrator Deployment Manager’. To import IPs, you need SCO Deployment Manager.

Right click at Integration Packs, then select ‘Register IP with the Orchestrator Management Server…’ to open import wizard.

Click ‘Add’ to locate the Integration Pack file. Here is an example, vSphere IP for Opalis.

You must Accept the End User License Agreement of the IP to import it.

After registration you also need set the deploy server.

Use IP Deployment Wizard, you can select the IP which has been registered via SCO IP Registration Wizard.

Select which Runbook Server will be deployed this IP and finish the wizard.

Just wait the Management Server deploy the IP to Runbook Servers.

While it’s finished, you can check the IP settings.
